Please enter your home country here, it is required for your ESN Card. (We mean the country where you live normally. This can be different to your nationality.)

This is your email address where you will recieve further information from Entrée - ESN Klagenfurt as well as the International Office (BIB) of the Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt (AAU). You can change it here if you want to stay in contact with us using a different email address.

Please send us a picture for your ESN card. It should in portrait format and at least 2,5 cm x 3,7 cm (we can cut it to fit on the ESN card), also it should have a high resolution to be printable (e. g. uploaded from a digital camera, Facebook photos normally don't work). Max. file size: 2 MB.

Please fill out the date when you will arrive in Klagenfurt so that we can prepare your ESN card for you. If you don't yet know when you will arrive, you can tell us later by answering to the confirmation email you will get after sending this form.
